How to Submit Transcripts

Unofficial Transcripts

If you’re still attending high school, you can send a copy of your high school transcript to the WSU Office of Admissions. This is called an unofficial transcript because it wasn’t sent to us directly from the school.

There are two ways to send an unofficial transcript:

  • Upload it with your application.
  • Upload it to our transcript uploader, which you can access by logging in with your myWSU username and password.

After graduating, you must submit an official transcript that is sent directly from your high school or have it delivered to us in a sealed envelope.

Final Official High School Transcripts

Contact your high school and ask them to send your high school transcript to WSU Pullman. Your transcript may only be submitted by one of the following methods:

  • Mail: The high school may mail it to us. You may mail it to us if it remains unsealed; otherwise, we will consider it unofficial, and you will need to have an official transcript sent. The mailing address for WSU Pullman is located at the bottom of this page.
  • Electronic via school: For instructions to access a secure upload portal, your high school counselor may reach out to us at admissions@wsu.edu. We do not accept transcripts via email.
  • Electronic via vendor: You may request your official transcript through an approved third-party vendor, such as Parchment, Naviance, National Student Clearinghouse, Scribbles, or eScrip-Safe. The vendor may send it to admissions@wsu.edu. We can only accept electronic transcripts from third-party vendors if the email sent to us includes a URL that can be copied and pasted (we cannot click links in emails). We will let you know if we are not able to accept a transcript submitted in this method.
  • Fax: Your school’s registrar/counselor may fax your transcript with a cover sheet to WSU Pullman. The fax number is located at the bottom of this page.

Regardless of how your transcripts are sent, please allow several business days for us to update your student file. You will be notified by email when your transcript has been received.

College or University Transcripts
