The Office of Admissions accepts official transcripts and SAT or ACT test scores in four ways:

1. Mailed in a sealed envelope sent directly from the school to:

2. Official transcripts can be sent electronically via “Parchment”, “e-ScriptSafe” or “National Student Clearinghouse”. If submitting SAT or ACT test scores electronically, they need to be sent directly from the testing agency or included with the official high school transcripts sent via postal mail or fax, see options 1 or 3. Once sent, please do not send hard copies as well.

3. Faxed directly from the school’s Registrar/Counselor with a cover sheet to:

Notes: if faxing documents, please:

  • Include a cover sheet with the name and phone number of sender in case verification is necessary.
  • Set fax machine on highest quality possible to ensure we receive a readable transcript.
  • If you get an error message, please contact us at 888-468-6978 BEFORE re-sending to avoid duplication.
  • Once faxed, please do not send a hard copy

4. Upload student documents via the Counselor Transcript Uploader; provide your name, title, e-mail address, school name, and attach an entire file or separate transcripts.
*Please note the uploader web address will change yearly, so check with your admission counselor at the start of the new school year for the updated information. 

Regardless of how you send the document, please allow several days for us to update your students’ files.
