Apply for admission & scholarships
Applications are still open
Applications for 2012 semesters are still open to all students.
Because admission application fees are nonrefundable, contact us before you apply if you're unsure about which semester or application form to use. If you need to mail an application, PDFs are available for download and printing. Online applications are preferred.
Admission applications
Choose the application you need from the options below.
Undergraduate
Use one of these applications if you intend to take undergraduate courses at WSU, either for personal enrichment or a bachelor's degree. For freshman, transfer, international, returning, and non-degree admission.
Honors College admission
To be considered for honors admission, complete the freshman admission application. Invitations to join the Honors College will be sent separately to qualified students after they're offered admission to WSU.
Graduate and professional admission
If you're aiming for a graduate degree (master's, Ph.D.), apply for admission through the WSU Graduate School. For admission to the advanced professional degree programs in pharmacy, nursing, or veterinary medicine, apply to the program you want to join.
Online and post-bachelor's
Use one of these applications if you'll be taking online courses or if you already have a bachelor's degree and will be earning an additional undergrad degree or certification.
Scholarship applications
The 2012-13 WSU scholarship application is now closed.
WSU has one general scholarship application for all students. It allows you to be considered for a wide range of scholarships based on varying combinations of academic merit and financial need.
To be eligible for scholarships from WSU, new students also need to apply for admission. Continuing students should file a scholarship application each year.
Supplemental scholarship forms
Certain scholarships require materials in addition to the standard WSU scholarship application. Find instructions and materials here:
