Hotel Accommodations

We would recommend that you and your guests (up to three) stay in a Pullman-area hotel on Friday and Saturday evening during the Out-of-state Experience event. Registrants may wish to reserve a hotel room by calling one of our partner hotels to reserve a room under the Out-of-state Experience room block using your unique registration code, which you will receive in your event confirmation email. Our partner hotels will also be listed in your confirmation email after registering for the program.

Please note that hotel reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations must be made early in order to ensure local lodging. If you are no longer able to attend Out-of-State Experience you will need to notify Visitation Programs (visitation@wsu.edu or 509-335-4980) as well as cancel your hotel reservation. Visitation Programs is not responsible for canceling hotel accommodations or any charges accrued for no-show penalties.

Tell us a bit about yourself so we can send you the right information. (Lighter fields are required.)
