Admissions Travel Guide & Forms

Travel and lodging

No need to worry about how to get to Pullman. Just meet our admissions counselors at one of our prearranged departure location across the state, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We’ll bring you to Pullman on chartered buses Friday morning, provide all meals (lunch and dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch, and light dinner on Saturday), and return you to the departure point Saturday evening.

Overnight accommodation is also included (all students will share a double room with three other students of the same gender) at recognized hotels near campus.

WSU admissions counselors will ride the buses with the students to and from Pullman and serve as chaperon’s during the event (both during the day and overnight at hotels).

Please also note that it is required that all students ride the buses to campus with other participants as part of the program. There will only be exceptions to this requirement for students who live in a 10 mile radius of Pullman.

Required forms

After reserving your spot at Future Cougars Embracing Diversity, you need to mail these forms to WSU to complete your registration.

Because the great majority of participants are minors, the attending student and a parent or legal guardian need to send the following consent/release forms to WSU.

If you do not submit all four forms (only need to submit one Recreation Center Waiver depending on age), properly signed, you will not be allowed to participate in the Future Cougars Embracing Diversity program or board WSU-chartered transportation.

Please note that we cannot accept scanned, copied, or emailed forms as official. We will need you to mail the original forms to us with signatures.
