Network Authentication

To register you will need to provide your WSU Network ID and password. If you have not yet created your NID and password you can do so following the first time user steps below. When logging into the system, please keep the following things in mind:

  • Friend ID accounts will not be able to log-in to the visitation registration. Only the student Network ID and password will work.
  • The Network ID is typically your first name dot last name (example: jane.doe) and is case-sensitive.
  • You must have cookies enabled in your web browser for the log-in to work.

First Time Users

How to log in to zzusis for the first time:
  1. Make sure you turn off all pop-up blockers from your internet browser.
  2. Go to the Account Creation webpage and enter the Temporary Access Network Key (TANK) that was emailed to you (if you don't know your TANK, please contact the Office of Admissions at 888-468-6978 or admissions@wsu.edu).
  3. Select one of the two options for your PIN delivery.
  4. Your PIN should arrive shortly. When you receive it, go back to the Account Creation webpage.
  5. Enter your PIN and birth date to continue.
  6. Create a password for your Network ID along with a "Question and Answer" combination for additional security. After submitting, a confirmation email will follow shortly.
  7. Keep a record of your new Network ID, but you should not share this or your password with anyone else. Print the confirmation page or store a copy in a safe location until you've memorized your new Network ID and password.

If you have any questions during the Network ID account creation process, please contact the WSU Help Desk, Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm (PST), at 509-335-4357 or helpdesk@wsu.edu.
