Overview
The major in risk and crisis communication focuses on developing the knowledge and skills required to design and implement crisis campaigns at the individual and societal levels, as well as steer industry through times of risk and crisis via effective communication strategies.
Courses in the major focus on practical, hands-on learning. They cover the dynamics of organizational and cultural communication, including conflict management, socialization, group dynamics, decision-making processes, multicultural/multinational workplaces, communication theory, and emerging technology.
