Washington State University has a new video tool available to help answer your and your student’s financial aid questions. FATV, also known as Ocelot, is housed on the Student Financial Services webpage. The video service has over 400 videos on common financial aid-related questions and topics. Students and parents can look at individual videos or can view playlists that combine related videos to provide a more complete presentation on a topic. Some of the videos have Spanish speakers and all videos are available with English or Spanish transcription throughout the video. Students and families may find answers to many of their questions by checking on FATV, and potentially answers to questions they have not thought of yet.
