The WSU application for admission for fall 2019 is now available. Encourage your students to apply today!

In order for a student’s application to be complete, they will need to 1) submit an on-line application, 2) submit official high school transcripts to WSU, and 3) submit official ACT or SAT scores. After our office receives all required portions of their application, we will review the student’s file. WSU does not require an admission essay, but may request information from students on an as-needed basis. The application fee remains $50 and as always, students with financial need may request a fee waiver. The fee waiver request is located at the end of our online admission application form on the payment page.

Ways to send your students’ official transcripts to WSU:

Simply go to our upload site exclusively for high school officials.  The password has been emailed to high school counselors; please contact your WSU admission counselor if you are unsure of your password.  On the upload site we will ask you to provide:  your name, title, email address, and school name. After you do that, you can simply upload an entire file of transcripts or attach individual transcripts.

Washington State University does not accept transcripts through email, although we will accept electronic versions of transcripts through secure services like Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse, or eScrip-Safe. If you have questions, please contact your WSU admission counselor.

Transcripts and test scores can be sent to the following address:

Office of Admissions and Recruitment
Washington State University
Lighty Student Services 370
PO Box 641067
Pullman, WA 99164-1067

If you prefer, we also accept faxes sent to (509) 335-4902.

Please note, January 31, 2019 is the admission application priority date. WSU will, however, continue to accept applications after that date, as space allows.
