As of March 2021, WSU no longer requires students to submit SAT/ACT test scores as part of the application process.

The WSU Office of Admissions accepts official transcripts and SAT/ACT scores in four ways:

  1. Mailed in a sealed envelope sent directly from the school to:
    Office of Admissions
    Washington State University
    370 Lighty Student Services Building
    PO Box 641067
    Pullman, WA 99164-1067
  2. Sent electronically via “Parchment”, “eScrip-Safe”, or “National Student Clearinghouse”.
  3. Faxed directly from your school’s registrar/counselor with a cover sheet to:
    Office of Admissions
    Washington State University
    Fax: 509-335-4902
  4. Uploaded to the Counselor Transcript Uploader. When submitting your students’ transcripts, please provide your name, title, email address, and school name, and attach an entire file or separate transcripts. The password for the uploader is 2018; the uploader link and password should not be shared with anyone other than your school’s counselors.
Please note that the uploader webpage changes annually, so you’ll need to contact your admission counselor at the start of the new school year for the updated link and password.

Regardless of how you send the documents, please allow several days for us to update your students’ files.
