WSU has several opportunities for students to visit campus this spring. Whether your students are beginning their college search, looking to earn scholarships, gain leadership skills, or want to enroll at WSU, we have an event for them. Which event is right for your students?

Experience WSU and Out-of-State Experience WSU are day-long visitation programs designed for students who have been offered admission to WSU Pullman. Students will attend a resource fair, eat in a WSU dining center, receive a presentation from an academic department of their choice, and attend workshops on scholarships, financial aid, housing options, orientation, and the Honors College. All students who successfully complete the program will receive a one-time $1,000 visitation award. Note, this cannot be combined with any other visitation award. This event is geared toward students who have been offered admission to WSU but have not yet decided which university to attend. Both in-state and out-of-state students are invited to Experience WSU on February 25, April 1 and 15. Out-of-State Experience WSU (on March 25) is a special event for admitted out-of-state students only. Visit Experience WSU or Out-of-State Experience WSU for more information.

Future Cougars Embracing Diversity (FCED) (formerly titled Future Cougars of Color (FCOC)) is an overnight visitation event for in-state students from diverse and/or multicultural backgrounds. Please note that FCED is the only event offered by Visitation Programs that includes transportation to the Pullman campus from various areas across the state. Students must be offered admission to the WSU Pullman campus in order to attend.  All students who successfully complete the program will receive a one-time $1,000 visitation award. Note, this cannot be combined with any other visitation award. Encourage students who are deciding between FCED and Experience WSU to look at the event schedules online to decide which event is right for them. In addition to the visitation award, students will be involved in hands-on academic workshops, learn about multicultural involvement opportunities, begin to form relationships with other incoming students, and much more! Transportation, overnight accommodations, and meals are all provided. In order to keep this event free for students, parents and guests may not attend FCED. Any student wishing to visit WSU with his or her family is encouraged to attend Experience instead. FCED is Friday and Saturday, March 10-11, 2017.  For more information, go to visit.wsu.edu.
