Registration is now open for Summer Advantage June 28 – July 30, a unique program offering incoming freshmen an early start on their college career! WSU’s Summer Session offers classes starting on May 9, June 6, and June 20. Students who attend will get a jump start on making friends, attending classes, and getting to know the WSU Pullman campus. One of the great benefits for out-of-state students attending Summer Session or Summer Advantage is that all students pay in-state tuition!

Financial Aid is often available to students who want to begin college the summer after they graduate from high school. To qualify for this aid, students must have a FAFSA on file from the year prior. According to the Department of Education, the summer term is considered the end of the current school year. Therefore, current seniors hoping to take courses during the summer of 2016 will need to fill out a 2015-2016 FAFSA. The 2015-16 FAFSA can still be submitted. It is not too late. If you are working with juniors who have already expressed interest in summer term 2017, encourage them to fill out the 2016-2017 FAFSA before the priority deadline. Students who have been admitted to WSU Pullman for fall 2016 but would like to register for summer courses can contact
