Transfer students, who are already confirmed to attend Washington State University for fall 2016, are encouraged to attend Transfer Alive! on April 3-4, 2016. Transfer Alive! is a two-day orientation event, just for transfer students, that will provide students and guests valuable information pertinent to being a Coug!
Students will have the opportunity to take an in-depth tour of campus, attend workshops, meet other new and current transfer students, and have a one-on-one appointment with an academic advisor to discuss career options and register for fall classes. The greatest benefit to attending Transfer Alive! rather than Alive! Summer Orientation is priority registration. Students attending Transfer Alive! are given the opportunity to register for their classes before all current WSU students!
In order to attend Transfer Alive!, students must be on track to complete a full year of college coursework (40 quarter or 27 semester credits) by the first day of classes (August 22).
For more information or to register, visit the Transfer Alive! website or contact New Student Programs for assistance: 509-335-4242.
