The Office of Admissions accepts official transcripts in three ways:

  1. Mailed in a sealed envelope sent directly from the school to:

  1. Sent electronically via ‘Naviance’ (also known as ‘Docufide’ or ‘Parchment’). Once sent, please do not send hard copies.
  2. Faxed directly from the school’s Registrar/Counselor with a cover sheet to:

Notes: if faxing transcripts, please:

  • Include a cover sheet with the name and phone number of sender in case verification is necessary.
  • Set your fax machine on highest quality possible to ensure we receive a readable transcript.
  • If you get an error message, please contact us at 888-468-6978 BEFORE re-sending to avoid duplication.
  • Once faxed please do not send hard copy.

Regardless of how you send the transcript, please allow several days for us to update your students’ files.
