Stretch your Scholarship Search and Find more Funds for your Education

Always remember it is never too early to apply for scholarships. With academic breaks coming up shortly, December is a great month to take time and search for multiple scholarships.

Fortunately, many outside scholarship programs make the search even easier for students! College Board and Sallie Mae have both created fantastic scholarship search tools for student, parents, and high school counselors. All you or your student has to do is create an account and enter information to help narrow down the search. Then they will be matched to a variety of scholarships. The best part…It is all FREE!

Both WSU and Student Financial Services are committed to helping students and their families find workable and realistic solutions to the challenge of funding a college education. Feel free to reach out to us if you need guidance and/or assistance by calling (509) 335-9711, emailing finaid@wsu.edu, or visiting your local WSU campus. We are happy to help! Do not forget to checkout our website at finaid.wsu.edu/scholarships for more information on scholarships.
