The WSU General Scholarship Application is available and ready for students to complete online. It is never too early to plan ahead!Completing this application puts students in the running for more than 700 scholarships, all of which are awarded using a variety of factors such as academic achievement, employment experience, community involvement, areas of study, financial need, and several others. Keep in mind that scholarships are awarded year round for the fall and spring terms, so if your student is not awarded a scholarship at the beginning of the year they may still be awarded throughout the school year. For more information on what may be available for your students please visit our Scholarships Website.

Interested in other types of scholarships?

Remember, there are many other scholarship opportunities that may be obtained through a variety of sources outside of WSU. We strongly encourage all students to research and apply for “outside” scholarships. These scholarships have their own deadlines, so it is important to always have the student check what the application requirements are as well as what the deadline is for a particular scholarship they are interested in applying for.

If your student is awarded a scholarship, donors must complete a Scholarship Designation Form and send it to the University Receivables office along with the scholarship check.
