Registration is now open for Summer Advantage, a unique program for new students offering an early start on their college career. Freshman Summer Advantage takes place July 5 – August 1 and Transfer Summer Advantage is July 6 – 31. WSU’s Summer Session offers classes starting on May 11, June 8, and June 22. Students who attend will get a jump start on making friends, attending classes, and getting to know the WSU Pullman campus. One of the great benefits for out-of-state students attending Summer Session or Summer Advantage is that all students pay in-state tuition!

Financial Aid is often available to students who want to begin college the summer after they graduate from high school. To qualify for this aid, students must have a FAFSA on file from the year prior. According to the Department of Education, the summer term is considered the end of the current school year. Therefore, current seniors hoping to take courses during the summer of 2015 will need to fill out a 2014-2015 FAFSA. If your student has been admitted to WSU Pullman for fall 2015 but would like to register for summer courses, please contact admissions@wsu.edu.
