If your son or daughter has already accepted their offer of admission, please register for Alive! Orientation, or Transfer Registration Days (TRD), WSU’s mandatory orientation for incoming students. At Alive! and TRD, your son or daughter will meet with his or her academic advisor, register for fall classes, experience the WSU campus, discover involvement opportunities, and make friendships that can last a lifetime. In addition, Alive! and TRD have special events for the parents of incoming students. Registration and additional information can be found at alive.wsu.edu and transfer-days.wsu.edu.
The matriculation fee for students attending orientation is $230.00, and the fee for parents and guests is $155.00. Students attending Alive! can defer this matriculation fee to their financial aid, if needed. To do so, download the registration form, and indicate that your son or daughter would like to use financial aid to pay for the fee. Parent and guest fees cannot be deferred.
Transfer students who have completed 40 transferrable quarter credits or 27 semester credits and are not currently in high school are invited to attend Transfer Registration Days (TRD) March 29-30, 2015. Transfer students are also able to attend Alive! sessions 3 and 9. However, students who attend TRD will get to register for classes long before the Alive! sessions, thus receiving a better chance of getting the class schedule they want.
