A special event for out-of-state students who have been admitted to WSU
March 28-30, 2014
Learn more about WSU and receive a $1,000 scholarship!
This two-day event — exclusively for out-of-state students — is your chance to get hands-on experience at Washington State University and learn more about its excellent academics, people, and campus life.
You'll take part in an academic workshop of your choice, tour our beautiful campus, meet current students and faculty, and check out our close-knit residential campus life. You'll go home knowing what our distinctive "Cougar Spirit" feels like, and why we brag about our university's community.
Every student who attends the event will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship, renewable for three additional years (one additional year for transfer students).
**Registration for Destination Out-of-State 2014 is closed.**
About the Destination Out-of-State event
Registration is free. It also includes two nights of free lodging for you and up to three guests.
Every student who attends this event will receive a renewable $1,000 scholarship to WSU.
To receive the scholarship award, you must attend the March 28-30 Destination event and enroll full time at WSU for fall semester 2014. National Merit Scholarship awardees are not eligible.
This package is not available on any other Destination WSU date.
If you are unable to attend Destination Out-of-State on March 28-30, 2014, you may consider attending our regular Destination WSU events on Saturday, April 5, 2014 or Saturday, April 19, 2014. Please note, however, that while these events do include the scholarship, they DO NOT include free lodging and meals.
