WSU awards credit for CLEP examinations. See the table below for exams accepted, scores needed, and credit awarded.
To get credit for CLEP exams, have the testing agency send score reports to WSU. To request score reports, write or call:

- The maximum total credit given at WSU for CLEP exams and existing lower-division work together is 73 semester credit hours.
- Students with junior standing (60 semester hrs or more) are not eligible to earn additional credit through CLEP exams (Academic regulation 15b (2)).
