Undergraduate Admission

Next Steps

What to do next

Wondering what comes next? Here are some of the next steps you should take.

Making your decision

If you're looking for information to help you decide whether to come to WSU, try this:

  1. Sign up for the WSU On Facebook community app to see what other admitted students are talking about and ask your own questions.
  2. See our key contacts page for ways you can reach us and get all your questions answered.

Accepting your admission offer

When you're ready to accept your admission offer and get started at WSU, here's what you should do:

  1. Confirm your admission. You can pay the $200 tuition deposit to reserve your space at WSU.  You'll need to do this before you can apply for campus housing and sign up for orientation/registration.
  2. Sign up for orientation and registration as soon as possible after confirming your admission. All new students must attend a registration/orientation session to register for classes.
  3. Apply for campus housing as soon as possible after confirming your admission. The sooner you apply for housing, the better your chances of getting your choice of residence.
  4. Take the online math placement exam before attending orientation.  Complete this step early because you can also take a 6-week online review and unlimited retests to improve your score.
  5. Sign in to ZZUSIS and check out your personal to-do lists for financial aid, registration, dining accounts, tuition, and more.

WSU on Facebook — a community for admitted students

The new WSU on Facebook app helps you connect with other admitted students who share your interests and concerns — and connects you to people who can answer your questions. It's an instant community built just for you.

Sign up now or check your email for more information.

Summer Advantage

Check out the WSU Summer Advantage program. It's completely optional, but also completely awesome; you'll stay on campus, take two summer classes while easing into the college experience, and get a head start on nearly everything.
